"I’ve had Insurance with him for eight years. I had homeowners for almost 3 years. I found out this year that my homeowners was not valid because of something the agent did that was not legal. That means if anything would’ve happened to my house, it would not been paid and the agent doesn’t look over policies because if he did, he would’ve noticed that was incorrect. The one 800 number is the most ridiculous place to call they don’t help you. They don’t care either and they didn’t even notice that my policy was not valid. Update on 3/2026... have had two crashes with family members and had to use State Farm. Kristin still there and helpful as ever! Worked through some bodyshop issues and gave great advice. My elderly mother was one of the crashes and I got phone calls from both Kristin and Jeff asking if my mom was OK and telling me to reach out for anything. #TraudtCustomerForLife Go with this this team even though Jeff likes the Toledo Rockets!
